Job Description:

Within CARE Surgery Center, we are ready to train an entry level team member! The daily responsibilities are:

  • Assist with the set up and break down of the operating room
  • Once trained, assist in sterile procedures by opening/unwrapping sterile packs & instruments and giving them to the surgeon or surgical assistant in a sterile fashion
  • Clean and sterilize surgical packs as trained
  • Assist in smooth transition between each surgery and/or consultation
  • Safe, low stress patient restraint for catheter placement and medication administration
  • Depending on age, assisting with radiographs, in accordance with legislation

Requirements:

This is an entry level position for an individual to learn and grow with a supportive, experienced and professional surgery team.
