Katia began her customer service role in veterinary medicine in 2021. After working alongside her team at a busy hybrid hospital, Katia looked to expand her role in specialty medicine.

Katia enjoys making personal connections with our clients and their furry companions. She prides herself on providing our clients with the best customer service experience. When Katia is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, baking, and being creatively crafty.
